Asapreverse provides a returns management platform that processes returned products through B2B/B2C resale channels or recycling workflows. Our services include:

  • Receiving and processing returned products
  • Quality assessment and grading
  • Routing products through optimal recovery channels
  • Providing analytics and reporting on recovery rates
  • Revenue sharing from successful resales

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

4. Product Submission and Processing

By submitting products to our facility, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have legal right to dispose of the products
  • Products do not contain hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials
  • Products comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You have removed all personal data and confidential information

We reserve the right to refuse processing of any products that do not meet our acceptance criteria or violate these Terms.

5. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is commission-based, applied only to successfully resold items. Commission rates are as follows:

  • Starter Plan: 25% commission on successful sales
  • Professional Plan: 20% commission on successful sales
  • Enterprise Plan: 15% commission (volume discounts may apply)

No fees are charged for processing, assessment, or disposal of items that cannot be resold. Commission is deducted from the sale price before revenue sharing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Asapreverse and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any products submitted do not contain personal data or confidential information. We are not liable for any data breaches resulting from your failure to properly sanitize submitted products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asapreverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We make no warranties regarding the recovery value or saleability of submitted products. All assessments and processing are performed on a best-effort basis.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asapreverse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect pending transactions or outstanding obligations.
