ASAP Reverse Logistics – 5R Center for Bulky Returns in Eastern Europe

Who We Are
ASAP Reverse Logistics is part of ARLL Group, with more than 10 years of experience in B2B trading of stock liquidations and returns, B2C sales through physical outlets and online stores, and managing complex non-food inventory flows across Europe.
We created ASAP as a direct answer to a clear problem faced by retailers and marketplaces: Nobody wants to deal with large, low-value or "messy" returns – even though there is still value in them.
That's exactly where we come in.
What We Do – Our 5R Model
Reverse, Repair, Refurbish, Resell, Recycle
Reverse
We collect customer returns, refused or failed deliveries, products damaged in transport, and slow-moving or end-of-life stock directly from your warehouses or logistics partners.
We design recurring flows (pallet, full truckload, cross-dock) so you can free up warehouse space, reduce handling, and lower storage costs.
Repair
Every item goes through a clear process:
- 1Technical and visual inspection
- 2Cleaning and preparation for resale
- 3Minor repairs where the cost makes sense vs. market value
We work with standardized procedures and clear grading, ensuring full traceability and transparency.
Refurbish
Products are assigned into quality grades (e.g. A / B / C), then re-packed and labeled with:
- Actual condition
- Missing or replaced accessories
- Visible cosmetic defects
- Recommended sales channel (B2B wholesale / B2C outlet / online)
Resell
We are not a "we buy your pallet and disappear" solution. We build structured resale strategies:
- B2B – via our ARLL.eu platform and a network of professional buyers
- B2C – via physical outlets and online "bargain" stores
- Campaigns – by season, category, brand, or geography
Our core model is revenue-share: you receive a share of the revenues generated, not just a one-off low pallet price.
Recycle
Items that cannot be repaired or resold are processed into material fractions (wood, metal, textiles, plastics, cardboard) and sent to authorized recycling partners.
- Reduce the amount of waste sent to landfill
- Support your ESG and circular economy objectives
- Provide clear reporting on volumes, materials, and destination
Why ASAP Instead of Classic Stock Liquidation
Most solutions on the market do one thing only: they buy your pallets or truckloads of returns at a minimum price and take everything out of your sight. We do something different.
Revenue-share instead of "fire sale"
Instead of cutting your losses in one shot, we maximize recovery together via structured resale, share revenues based on transparent monthly reports, and give you full visibility over what happens with your returns.
Focus on bulky and hard-to-handle returns
We specialize in the categories most players avoid: sofas, mattresses, wardrobes, cabinets, tables, large and small household appliances, home & garden products, DIY, pet, baby, toys and other non-food items with damaged packaging, incomplete, tried-on or lightly soiled items.
Fully aligned with ESG and the European Green Deal
ASAP is not just a way to "clean up the warehouse". It is a building block of your sustainability strategy: fewer products destroyed, more products reused and recycled, extended product lifetime, transparent traceability for your returns, improved ESG metrics and a credible circular economy story for your stakeholders.
ESG, the European Green Deal and Why Your Returns Matter
The European Green Deal and the EU sustainable finance framework require companies to integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria in their business decisions. By partnering with ASAP Reverse Logistics, you can demonstrate:

Sustainability in action
Smart returns. Lower impact. Stronger future.
Environmental
- Reduced volume of products sent to landfill
- Higher reuse and recycling rates
- Lower environmental footprint per product

- Transparent, data-driven partnership
Together, we turn returns into measurable impact—good for business, people and the planet.
- Reporting-ready metrics, backed by real recovery data
- Auditable workflows across every recovery channel
- Aligned with current EU sustainability disclosure rules
Sustainability you can demonstrate, not just describe.
EU Regulations Timeline
New EU directives on recycling and product reuse are becoming mandatory. Here's what's coming and how ASAP helps you stay compliant.
Revised Waste Framework Directive
Makes EPR schemes mandatory for textiles and footwear. Producers will pay fees for products placed on the market to support collection, sorting, reuse, recycling, and disposal.
Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR)
The new PPWR applies from August 2026 with stricter requirements: 80% recyclable packaging by 2030, mandatory recycled content, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations.
Circular Economy Act
Expected in Q4 2026, establishing a Single Market for secondary raw materials, increasing supply of high-quality recycled materials and stimulating demand within the EU.
Key 2030 Targets
80% of packaging must be recyclable by weight. 40% of transport packaging must be reusable (70% by 2040). 5% reduction in packaging waste per capita by 2030.

How a Collaboration with ASAP Works
From first contact to recurring revenue — here's how we partner with you.
Initial Analysis
We start with a simple assessment of product categories, monthly/seasonal volumes, geographic footprint, and current return flows and pain points.
Designing the Logistics Flow
Together we define how the goods are consolidated and shipped: palletized or bulk, full truckloads, cross-dock scenarios, and weekly / bi-weekly / monthly cadence.
5R Processing
In our 5R center we receive and register the goods, sort, test and clean them, repair and refurbish where economically viable, grade and label them for the appropriate sales channels, and separate non-recoverable items for recycling.
Multi-channel Resale & Reporting
We sell through our B2B and B2C channels and provide you with clear, periodic reports covering volumes processed, revenues generated, recovery rate per category and grade, and quantities sent to recycling.
Revenue-share & Optimization
You receive your share of the revenues according to the agreed model. We use performance data to continuously improve pricing and sales channels, mix between repair vs. recycle, and logistics and handling efficiency.
