Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about getting started with Asapreverse

Q1. What categories do you handle?

We specialize in bulky goods: furniture (sofas, beds, cabinets, office) and large appliances (fridges, washers, ovens), plus mixed bulky returns and store displays.

Q2. Do you buy stock or work on revenue-share?

Default is revenue-share (no upfront fees). We can also buy lots in specific cases (pricing depends on condition and channel fit).

Q3. What recovery rate can I expect?

It depends on category, condition mix, refurbishment potential and seasonality. As a directional guide on mixed bulky returns, resale prices often land around 25–45% of RRP; Grade-A refurbished furniture can exceed that. Your net is the revenue share minus transport costs from your warehouse to our (parts, refurb labor, channel, marketing fees are covered by ASAP Reverse Logistics). We provide a sample recovery forecast before starting.

Q4. Who owns the stock during processing?

On revenue-share, you retain ownership until sale (or recycling). If we purchase a lot, ownership transfers on agreed terms.

Q5. Minimum and maximum volumes?

We run pilots from 1 truck/month and scale with notice. Capacity ramps to multi-truck daily throughput as programs mature.

Q6. What do you need to start?

A manifest (SKU, RRP, condition notes, dimensions), pickup or delivery window, and basic compliance info. We assign barcodes and create an item-level trail at intake.

Q7. Where are you located?

Romania: Str. Principală, nr. 38, Pârâul Pântei, Neamț, Cod Poștal 617079 Neamț (processing hub). EU-wide resale and distribution.

Q8. How long does intake and grading take?

Typical targets: intake 48–72h from arrival; grading/testing 5–10 business days depending on volume and parts availability.

Q9. What grading standard do you use?

A/B/C with condition notes and photos. Appliances receive safety/functional checks; furniture gets structural & cosmetic checks. Each product is photoed to justify the grade assigned.

Q10. Do you refurbish before resale?

Yes—repair/refurb when it improves sell-through and recovery (parts sourcing, cosmetic fixes, QC), always within brand safety standards.
